Join us for a discussion night on self care and mental health in the Asian American Pacific Islander, and Middle Eastern/North African/South Asian communities. We hope to explore topics such as academic expectations, gender roles and disparities, generation gaps, self- esteem in social interactions. Our collaborators, Allyana Pittmann from Center for Advocacy, Resources and Education (CARE), and Post-doctoral Psychology Students, Fatima Ali and Spurty Surapaneni, will help inform our conversations around this theme.
