What can I expect?
You can expect a weekend full of fun interactive, reflective, and engaging activities. We will have a tea blends workshop, a career panel, a film screening and Q+A with the director and much more!
Why should I attend?
This is a unique opportunity that is great for being in community, self identity exploration, and getting to know your peers. This experience creates lasting memories and connections.
What will I get out of this experience?
By attending retreat, you will learn from faculty, engage with peers, and have lots of fun. You will attain skills to practice self care and fill you up and also be a support for your community. This is also a great opportunity to network with professionals in fields you may be interested in.
Can I add this to my resume?
Yes, there are transferable skills you may learn at retreat that can be applied to your resume such as leadership, teamwork, and more!
Where is it?
MENASA Resource Center, Student Community Center on campus.
When is it?
Friday and Saturday Jan 9-10, 2026. Friday will be a half day and full day on Saturday.
Who will be there?
Other undergraduate students from various backgrounds and supportive career staff.

Skills to manage self wellness, owning your narratives, learning from a career panel involving many different representatives from various fields, interactive activities and much MORE
Is food included?
YES all meals will be provided!
What are the vibes like?
Beginner friendly, no previous experience is needed :)
