Student Wellness Liaison
Bibi Sara Naibi serves as a Health and Wellness Liaison within Student Affairs at UC Davis. As an engineering student working toward becoming the first woman engineer in her family, Sara is passionate about student wellness, leadership, cultural belonging, and expanding opportunities for women and underrepresented students in STEM.
Sara also serves as a Women in STEM Project Leader with the UC Davis Global Hub, where she supports initiatives that encourage women to pursue leadership, education, and professional opportunities in STEM fields. Her additional experiences include engineering research at the UC Pavement Research Center, math and science tutoring, student communications, and community engagement. These roles have helped her develop a well-rounded approach to leadership and student support.
As a Health and Wellness Liaison, Sara promotes wellness education, connects students with helpful campus resources, and supports programs that encourage students’ physical, emotional, and social well-being. She is excited to help create a campus environment where students feel heard, represented, supported, and confident in achieving their goals.
Outside of work and classes, Sara enjoys learning about leadership, strategy, and human behavior. She recommends The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene, and her favorite place to study at UC Davis is Ghausi Hall.
